Meet Our Founder
Todd Vahlsing is a seasoned operator and technology leader with over 35 years of experience in the restaurant and enterprise tech industries. He began his career behind the counter at McDonald’s and worked his way up through the fast-paced world of QSR and fast-casual operations—giving him firsthand knowledge of what it truly takes to run and scale a restaurant.
But Todd didn’t stop at operations. He went on to lead technology strategy and enterprise sales at PAR Technology, where he helped design and deploy restaurant tech solutions across complex, franchised systems. Most recently, he helped launch AI-driven innovations at Nomad Go, advising on go-to-market strategy and managing high-stakes enterprise accounts.

He founded BridgePoint Ops to close the gap between restaurant operators and tech vendors. Through strategic consulting, go-to-market planning, and deployment support, he helps vendors break into and scale within the foodservice market—and helps operators adopt tools that actually work in the real world.

When he’s not helping clients navigate growth, Todd enjoys writing devotionals, designing board games, and grilling out with his rescue pups in Wisconsin.

Amy brings 18 years of experience selling technology directly to franchisees across some of the largest and most complex QSR brands in the industry. She’s lived this problem. She understands franchisee dynamics, approval paths, buying behavior, and the credibility required to move from “approved” to “actually implemented.”
She’s also built and led high-performing sales teams—turning insight into execution and strategy into repeatable results.
