With over 35 years of experience in restaurant operations and enterprise technology, Todd Vahlsing brings a rare blend of operational empathy and technical fluency to every engagement. He started his career behind the counter at McDonald’s and rose through the ranks, eventually leading large-scale technology strategy and enterprise sales at PAR Technology and most recently helping launch AI-driven innovations at Nomad Go.

Todd knows firsthand what it takes to run a restaurant—and what it takes to scale technology that actually helps. He’s led successful deployments across franchised systems, built and mentored high-performing account teams, and served as a trusted advisor to brands, franchisees, and technology vendors alike.

At BridgePoint Ops, Todd combines deep industry insight with a hands-on, real-world approach to consulting. His mission? To help operators thrive and vendors scale—without losing sight of the people and processes that make restaurants work.

When he’s not consulting, you’ll find Todd writing devotionals, designing board games, or grilling out with his rescue pups in Wisconsin.
